FERPA Statement

When E.A.T. is deployed by an institution, student performance data is treated as an education record under FERPA. We do not disclose personally identifiable information from student records to third parties without written consent, except as permitted by 34 CFR § 99.31. Institutional administrators receive aggregated, de-identified cohort dashboards by default; identifiable views require an executed institutional agreement and student consent.
